As the introductory project to the Integrated Computer-Aided Design graduate level course, we were tasked with designing and machining a "tool" for use in the machine shop. I decided to make an easily set and removed vise stop by incorporating a sliding handle instead of using a bolt. This prevents the need for an Allen key to use the vise stop. This was a great refresher to manual machining, engineering drawings, and tolerance stack ups after a two year break.
